Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for products in unworn brand-new condition within 14 days after you receive your order. Please note that shipping fees paid on returned items are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the package at our facility.

For refund eligibility, the free promo item or gift with purchase item must also be returned. Failure to do so may result in the rejection of the refund request.

To complete your return, please provide the order number and email address associated with the order.

Returns requested beyond the 14-day period after delivery will only be considered at the discretion of Saiba Collections and may not be eligible for a refund unless authorized.
