Returns or refunds are not permitted after 14 days from the date of purchase. Only full, unopened boxes will be considered for return, with a minimum of 4 boxes accepted along with the original receipt.
The buyer must report any receipt of damaged materials to Saiba Homes within 24 hours of pick up or delivery.
Goods returned within 14 days from the date of purchase may be subject to restocking and freight fees.

It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the material before installation, as no claims will be accepted after the material is installed.
No refunds are available for accessories.
