Warranty Coverage

Saiba Collections warrants all Gold Plated and Vermeil products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use throughout customer lifetime.

This warranty does not cover excessive wear or lack of care.

Warranty Details

Saiba Collections is committed to providing the highest standard of jewellery, which is why we offer a Lifetime Guarantee for all purchases of Gold Plated jewellery. If your product is damaged or stops working under normal wear, we will attempt to fix or replace the jewellery in question. Please note this Warranty is voided on any damage caused by the user such as scratches, accidental breakage, or water damage.

Within the warranty periods, if a defect arises in the product and it is deemed by Saiba Collections to be a manufacturer's defect, please follow the instructions below for returning the jewellery to us.

Saiba Collections will, at its discretion, to the extent permitted by law, either:

• Repair the product using new or refurbished parts.
• Replace the product with a new product that is equivalent to the one being replaced.
• Refund part or all of the purchase price of the product.

Saiba Collections shall have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product is returned. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.

Due to the high value of Solid Gold and Diamond jewellery, these pieces are marked down individually and are not eligible for promotions or sales. Solid Gold products are made to order and are not refundable. Please note that Diamond pieces are excluded from the warranty as they are individually crafted and inspected for perfection.

Exclusions and Limitations:

This Limited Warranty applies only to Solid Gold and Vermeil jewellery products manufactured by Saiba Collections. It does not apply to damage caused by:

• Accident
• Abuse
• Misuse
• Misapplication
• Use of non-Saiba Collections products

To protect the appearance of your Saiba Collections jewellery, avoid exposing them to harsh chemicals or environments such as liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, saltwater, and spas. Do not sleep with your jewelry and watches on. For additional care instructions, please refer to the cleaning and care instructions provided in your package. Failure to follow these guidelines may unfortunately void the warranty.
