Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the website.

Return Policy

  • Special Order/Custom Items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Returns or refunds are not permitted after 14 days from the date of purchase. Only full, unopened boxes will be considered for return, with a minimum of 4 boxes accepted along with the original receipt.
  • The buyer must report any receipt of damaged materials to Saiba Homes within 24 hours of pick up or delivery.
  • Goods returned within 14 days from the date of purchase may be subject to restocking and freight fees.
  • Variations in shades, patterns, and colors are inherent in some products. All sizes are approximate.
  • It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the material before installation, as no claims will be accepted after the material is installed.
  • No refunds are available for accessories.

Additional charges apply for delivery beyond the main floor or garage.
